DOA is valid within 30 days from the date you receive the product. It the product does not work on arrival and if there are no possibility to fix the problem remotely, Cayin will pay for sending the product back to Taiwan, will pay for the repairing and will pay from shipping back. If you urgently need a replacement, Cayin can also send you a replacement unit without delay.

RMA is valid from 30 days to the end of the warranty period. For RMA, Cayin will pay the repairing and one way delivery (from Taiwan to Customer country). The delivery from Customer country to Taiwan has to be handled by Customers.
